Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive data-driven asset management for Singapore's bus fleet. You will help develop and optimise practices, support BMMS, and integrate AI-enabled solutions to enhance maintenance and lifecycle planning.

You will work closely with bus operators and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into policy-compliant, cost-effective strategies for renewal and replacement of components, including batteries and systems

Qualifications

Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Computer, or equivalent).
Fresh graduates welcome; internship exposure in asset management or maintenance planning is a plus.
Experience with asset management or maintenance planning is advantageous.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and ISO 55001/9001 is beneficial.
Strong analytical, planning and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven asset management practices for fleet performance.
Support BMMS and AI-enabled solutions for maintenance oversight.
Assist in policy development for component renewal and procurement decisions.
Monitor lifecycle costs and predictive maintenance adoption across the fleet.
Collaborate with Bus Operators and stakeholders to translate challenges into solutions.
