Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a proactive Deputy/Assistant Manager for Bus Digital Asset Management to support data-driven asset practices across the Singapore public bus fleet. You will help optimise BMMS, drive AI-enabled maintenance insights, and contribute to policies on replacements for batteries and key systems.

You will assist in lifecycle costing, predictive maintenance, and autonomous maintenance planning, working with Bus Operators and stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Computer, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or internship in asset management, maintenance planning, or related field advantageous.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and data analytics tools; ISO 55001/9001 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic maintenance planning and bus systems management using data-driven approaches.
• Support AI-driven initiatives to enhance fleet maintenance oversight.
• Assist ISO certification and compliance management with documentation and audits.
• Develop performance monitoring frameworks for new technologies, including electric bus dashboards.
• Support asset lifecycle management and replacement planning to minimise downtime.
• Assist in business continuity planning and knowledge management within the division.
