Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a proactive Senior/Executive, Fleet Management to support the fleet's performance and governance. You will coordinate asset lifecycle administration, enable smooth fleet transitions, and maintain accurate asset data and financial records.

The role requires liaising with PTOs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliable public transport outcomes. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and fresh graduates are welcome, with exposure to asset

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internships in asset management or maintenance planning are a plus.
• Skills in asset management, data verification, and administrative coordination are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative oversight of bus fleet movements between PTOs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between LTA divisions and PTOs for fleet transfer and operational matters.
• Track and update bus transfer status and communicate updates to operators and internal stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain records of temporary spares allocations, displaced buses, and transitional fleet arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact for data verification and data entry in the Bus Maintenance Management System.
• Support Bus Contract Transition activities, manpower mobilisation, and divisional initiatives as required.
