Job summary

PeopleProfilers Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Support professional in Singapore to assist Fixed Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger tasks. You will coordinate asset counts, verify invoices, and prepare reconciliations across multiple systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, Diploma in Accounting/Finance, and advanced Excel skills. Proactive teamwork and accurate reporting are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Hyperion systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Fixed Asset Management tasks including counts and accounting.
• Handle Accounts Payable: verify and process supplier invoices daily, ensure timely processing.
• Support General Ledger tasks: balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, audit documentation.
• Prepare schedules and maintain documentation for audits and tax purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
