Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant to support fixed assets activities and stock takes across offices and sites in Singapore. You will conduct physical verifications, reconcile with the asset register, label assets, and maintain records.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and good organizational and communication abilities.

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support fixed assets activities and stock take.
• Conduct physical verification of fixed assets across offices, project sites and other designated locations.
• Reconcile physical fixed assets to the fixed asset register, and vice versa, using asset numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, locations, and other relevant identifying information.
• Prepare and affix durable, uniquely numbered asset labels to physical fixed assets, and maintain proper records of labels issued, replaced or cancelled.
• Identify, investigate and document discrepancies, including missing or unrecorded assets, duplicate records, incorrect asset details and missing or damaged labels.
• Identify assets that are damaged, obsolete, idle, transferred, disposed of or no longer in use, and follow up with the relevant asset owners and Finance team for appropriate action.
• Update the fixed asset register and accounting system with accurate asset information, including asset category, description, serial number, location and department status.
• Compile supporting documentation and prepare adjustment schedules for asset additions, transfers, disposals, write-offs and other register corrections, subject to the required review and approval.
• Monitor outstanding reconciling items and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in reconciling the fixed asset register to the general ledger following completion of the physical verification exercise.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties relating to fixed asset management as assigned.
