Job summary

ELOHIM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a driven Project Engineer / Site Engineer to oversee fire protection installation projects, coordinating field operations and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety codes. You will collaborate with consultants and main contractors from inception through testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

Proven ability to supervise field operations and ensure work meets project specs.
Experience interpreting architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Ability to perform setting out checks and maintain QA/QC standards.
Familiarity with fire protection systems and relevant codes.

Responsibilities

Site supervision & quality control on installation works.
Daily oversight of construction activities and safety adherence.
Setting out, inspections, and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Interpretation of drawings and resolution of technical clashes on site.
Coordinate with project directors, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Track progress against the construction programme and report updates.
Attend site, technical, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare daily site reports, RFIs, method statements, and as-built records.
