Job summary

Active Fire Service & Maintenance Pte. Ltd. seeks a capable professional to lead and manage fire protection system installation projects from concept to completion.

You will coordinate teams, oversee on-site work, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The role requires 1–3 years in fire protection or related engineering, solid knowledge of fire protection systems, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in fire protection or related engineering fields.
• Strong technical fundamentals related to fire protection systems.
• Proficient in English and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage a team of supervisors to implement fire protection system installations across all project phases.
• Supervise on-site work and coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, foremen, and workers.
• Attend meetings with owners, consultants, and main contractors to align operations.
• Report project progress and issues to the Project Director.
• Apply technical knowledge to support installation and compliance of fire protection systems.
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and independent work approach.
