Job summary

The role requires hands-on planning, risk mitigation, and ensuring safety and quality across sites. Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in Building Services or related field with at least 1 year of experience in M&E or construction, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree with at least 1 year of Building Services, M&E or construction experience.
• Experience with Fire Protection systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Project for planning and reporting.
• Good communication with clients and subcontractors is required.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget, and schedule for projects.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple projects.
• Coordinate communications with customers during all phases.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality.
• Track progress and health of tasks and projects for supervisors.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and audit suppliers/subcontractors.
• Identify variations and secure change orders.
• Manage cost control and delivery of financial commitments.
