Job summary

Johnson Controls India is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead fire protection projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, risk management and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement to maximize project profitability and customer success.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Fire industry operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record in delivering strong results with accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fire projects ranging from medium to large & complex installation and retrofit projects.
• Own and account for performance (Budget and Schedule) of assigned projects.
• Coordinate allocated projects to deliver within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Oversee financials (Revenue, Margin, UBR, AR) with Country Finance and Financial Controllers.
• Drive and monitor Fulfilment 5 cadence in team.
• Maintain relationship with Clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Sales & Commercial teams to achieve business goals.
