Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore is seeking a capable Project Engineer to oversee building services and M&E projects, ensuring scope, budget, codes and schedule are met. You will delegate tasks, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and monitor progress.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year experience in Building Services, M&E or construction, familiarity with chiller plants and airside replacements, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction preferably in Fire Protection System
• Competent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement
• Excel, Word and Project essential

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects
• Coordinate communication with customer during all project phases
• Supervise subcontractors and site activities
• Schedule purchase and deliveries of materials
• Track progress and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Assist Sales in tender bidding and project handover
