Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a software professional to liaise with fintech teams and deliver system enhancements. You will understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions, and contribute to in-house applications and automation tools.

Responsibilities include documenting software specifications, workflows, and processes, and working with cross-functional teams on project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, SE, or related fields.
• At least 2 years in software development or fintech roles.
• Banking/financial sector experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Proficient in Python and Java; familiar with Vue.js and React.js.
• Experience with relational databases, APIs, and version control.
• Business-level Mandarin for cross-region updates.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Fintech teams and internal business units to support system development, enhancement, and project delivery
• Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of in-house applications, automation tools, and management reporting functions
• Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
