Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, or data analysis.
Minimum 3 years in software development or fintech roles.
Experience in banking/financial industry is an advantage.
Proficient in Python and Java; frontend with Vue.js/React.js.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
Experience with relational databases, API integration, and Git.
Good communication and teamwork; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Head Office Fintech teams to support system development and delivery.
Understand business requirements and implement practical software solutions.
Develop and maintain in-house apps, automation tools, and reports.
Ensure software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
Perform other duties as directed by department head or branch management.
