Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a software professional to support fintech projects in Singapore. You will collaborate with fintech teams, translate complex business needs into practical software solutions, and contribute to in-house applications, automation tools, and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in software development or fintech, with hands-on experience in Python, Java, Vue.js/React.js, databases, APIs, and Git.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development or fintech-related roles.
• Banking or financial industry experience is advantageous.
• Track record of success in software development or innovation roles.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in Python and Java; frontend frameworks Vue.js and React.js.
• Familiarity with relational databases, API integration, and version control tools.
• Business-level Mandarin proficiency to communicate with teams in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Fintech teams and internal business units to support system development, enhancement, and project delivery


• Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.


• Participate in the development and maintenance of in-house applications, automation tools, and management reporting functions


• Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis etc.).


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development or fintech-related roles.


• Banking or financial industry experience will be an advantage.


• A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation.


• A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development.


• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Java, as well as frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.


• Familiarity with relational databases, API integration, and version control tools.
