Qualifications

• Experience building secure, high-performance backend systems for fintech.
• Familiarity with microservices, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Experience with payment APIs, distributed systems, and multi-tenant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for fintech and payment platforms that support multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Develop and implement APIs, SDKs, integration components, and reusable developer frameworks for seamless partner integrations.
• Build and maintain payment gateway and digital wallet integrations, ensuring real-time transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Architect and optimize distributed systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and transactional consistency across global infrastructures.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect, ensuring PCI and fintech regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with international product, engineering, and partner teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Lead production deployment, monitor system health, optimize performance, and resolve incidents.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and throughput.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable and resilient infrastructure.
• Integrate Kafka for event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication.
