Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a software professional to collaborate with FinTech teams and internal units to develop and enhance banking applications. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role involves full lifecycle development, documentation, and ongoing improvements of in-house banking applications, APIs, and reporting tools, with emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, fintech, or banking technology roles.
• Experience in financial institutions or banking technology environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java programming languages.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js is an advantage.
• Experience working with APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by effective collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Office FinTech teams and internal business units to deliver system development, enhancements, and project outcomes
• Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and implement systems accordingly
• Develop, maintain, and improve in-house banking applications, automation tools, and management reporting systems to optimize operations
• Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Document system specifications, workflows, and technical processes clearly to support knowledge sharing and maintenance
• Support the bank’s digital transformation and automation initiatives by applying technical expertise
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Head of Department or Branch Management to meet organizational goals
