The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to define the product vision and strategy at our Bras Basah Road location.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to shape requirements, prioritise the backlog, and guide the product lifecycle from concept through post-launch optimization. You should have hands-on product management experience, strong analytics skills, and a solid understanding of agile methodologies.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, finance, IT or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing product lifecycle and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with analytics platforms and A/B testing.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles.

Responsabilidades

Define and communicate product vision, strategy and road map.
Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise backlog and manage lifecycle from concept to post-launch.
Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
Drive adoption and engagement through data-driven improvements.
