Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner; FinTech/financial services preferred
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
• Utilize project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan.
• Monitor project progress and manage any potential issues that may arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring proper record keeping.
• Provide user support, addressing queries and issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Execute all necessary legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement.
