Product Managers make sure that the right things get done so that our digital products meet user needs and continuously remain relevant. At a high level, this means establishing a clear vision for what a product should be and what is needed to get there. On a day-to-day basis, this means handling all the different facets of a product and making sure they are coordinated – across user needs, technical constraints, and design goals.
The Finance ERP Product Manager is responsible for the success of the organisation's finance ERP platform by defining its vision and strategy in alignment with finance operations and regulatory requirements. The Product Manager is accountable for outcomes across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements definition through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role requires at least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams spanning finance, IT, and operations. It also demands experience managing complex, organisation-wide digital systems with significant process and compliance implications.
