Job summary

You will monitor progress, manage issues, provide user support, and keep clear project records while liaising with clients and internal teams. The role runs Monday to Friday with flexible hours, and a salary range of SGD 3500–4000. You will also create documentation, schedules, and reports, ensuring contracts and compliance steps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/PM in FinTech.
• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to align with business goals.
• Support administrative tasks including meetings scheduling and minutes.
• Use PM tools to track hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into actions, set timeframes, and create a detailed project plan.
• Monitor progress and manage issues.
• Serve as main contact and communicate status to all participants.
• Liaise with clients and teams to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Create project documents, plans, and reports with proper records.
• Provide user support and address queries promptly.
• Handle contracts and terms of agreement.
