THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Fintech Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects at Bras Basah Road, Singapore.

The role requires aligning activities, resources, and documentation with business objectives while monitoring progress and issues. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, create robust project plans, and manage documentation, contracts, and user support to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Experience in the financial services, FinTech sector preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to align with business goals.
• Support meetings, minutes, and miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Use project management tools to track hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into actionable steps, define timeframes, and develop detailed project plans.
• Monitor progress and address issues to keep projects on track.
• Communicate status to all participants and liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Provide user support and address queries promptly, including contract-related paperwork.
