Job summary

GovTech Singapore is hiring a Finance ERP Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for the organisation's finance ERP platform. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning finance, IT, and operations to deliver value across the full product lifecycle.

The role requires at least 3 years in product management, with ERP or enterprise finance experience preferred. You will collaborate with audit, compliance, and policy teams to meet regulatory requirements and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ERP or enterprise finance systems.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and financial controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across finance, IT and operations.
• Experience with data migration, compliance, and governance in large digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for the finance ERP platform aligned with regulatory needs.
• Lead discovery, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs across finance workflows.
• Translate strategy into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Plan ERP releases with UAT, training, and post-launch support.
