Job summary

StraitsX Group is seeking an Account Onboarding Associate to deliver a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for clients in the digital assets and payments ecosystem. You will be the primary contact through onboarding, coordinating with internal teams to gather documentation and activate accounts.

You will help improve onboarding processes, enhance client experience, and support rapid business growth by reducing bottlenecks and ensuring timely, accurate onboarding outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or Web3, preferably in corporate client onboarding, KYB, or account operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through onboarding to activation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations to gather docs.
• Streamline onboarding workflows while ensuring compliance.
• Track onboarding metrics and SLAs with accurate records.
• Gather client feedback to improve processes, systems, and products.
