Frantzén Group seeks a dedicated Service Captain for Restaurant Zén in Singapore to lead the front-of-house team with warmth, precision, and Michelin-standard hospitality.

You'll guide service, ensure guest satisfaction, and embody the Zén experience while working in a world-class, high-end dining environment. Experience in fine dining preferred, with a collaborative team mindset and passion for storytelling through food and drink.

Qualifications

• Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment; Michelin background is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership to support junior team members in real time.
• Passion for food, wine, and hospitality with a storytelling approach to dishes and drinks.
• Team player with adaptability and collaborative spirit to contribute to seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, refined, and consistent service throughout each stage of the guest journey.
• Support and guide junior front-of-house team members, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional standards.
• Be an ambassador for the Zén experience, with knowledge of the tasting menu, beverages, and restaurant philosophy.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize each interaction with care and timing.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
• Contribute to pre-service briefings, training sessions, and feedback loops that support team growth.
