Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring dishes are presented with care.
• Assist with setting up tables, refilling water glasses, and clearing used dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Answer basic guest questions about the menu and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Learn about Araya's menu and be able to explain dishes and ingredients to guests clearly.
• Participate in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
