Job summary

RECRUIT AVENUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage financial and management reporting and day-to-day accounting processes in Singapore.

The role supports reconciliation, intercompany activities, month-end and annual financial statements, with exposure to ERP systems and process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a degree/diploma in accounting, has strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Singapore accounting and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process staff reimbursements, vendor payments and journal entries.
• Support intercompany billing and settlements.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting.
• Support annual financial statement preparation and other accounting activities.
• Participate in finance process improvement and system projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
