Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable financial reporting professional to join the team in Singapore. You will report to the Lead of Financial Reporting and assist with IFRS reporting, data preparation, review, and journal postings to ensure on-time, accurate disclosures.

The role requires at least 3 years in financial accounting and analysis, with experience in IFRS-related work preferred and a recognized accounting qualification.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, management reporting & internal controls.
• Audit experience or involvement in IFRS17 related works is preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Involve in monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting work and data preparation for reporting.
• Support preparation of disclosures for statutory, group, regulatory and ad hoc reporting.
• Review and reconcile outputs across systems for consistency and accuracy.
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate variances; provide explanations and timely rectifications.
• Perform reporting analysis, including flux and trend analysis to provide insights.
• Monitor monthly/quarterly timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in improving reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support holding company monthly reporting and financial statements.
