Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager, Finance Systems Transformation to lead the functional implementation of a new Finance ERP system. You will work closely with finance, technology and project stakeholders to define business requirements and assess ERP features, with a primary focus on Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable.

You will also support data migration, testing, change management and post-implementation improvements, ensuring governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Accountancy or Finance or BIS related field
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Corporate Finance processes
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills for process and data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with process transformation or ERP implementations (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes and controls
• Assess ERP features against business requirements and governance
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for IT
• Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing
• Assist data migration and validation
• Support change management and training activities
• Maintain functional documentation and specifications
• Coordinate post-implementation improvements and issues
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders
