Job summary

Tencent International Service Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Finance IT Management Department.

You will drive complex financial system projects end to end, from planning and requirements gathering to design, implementation and delivery across multiple finance teams. The role requires strong PM skills, hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Workday Finance, SAP, Oracle) and the ability to liaise with both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of project management experience on financial-system implementations (ERP, billing, payments).
PMP certification or strong PM methods preferred.
Experience delivering ERP projects (Workday Finance, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

Develop project plans with objectives, timelines and resources for Finance IT projects.
Lead end-to-end planning, design, testing, deployment, and operations for financial systems.
Coordinate between business and technical stakeholders to manage scope and expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system design.
