Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Deputy Manager for Finance Systems Transformation to lead the functional implementation of a new WoG Finance ERP. You will work with finance, technology and project stakeholders from LTA and other agencies to transform finance operations, with focus on Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable.

Your role covers requirements gathering, process design, testing, data validation, change management and continuous improvement, including evaluating AI, automation and data analytics

Qualifications

• Experience in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Information Systems with process improvement or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of finance functions including AP, governance and controls.
• Analytical ability to assess processes, data and proposed solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced settings.
• Proactive problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes and identify gaps.
• Assess ERP features against business requirements and governance needs.
• Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios including UAT.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation controls.
• Assist change management with communications and training materials.
• Maintain process maps and functional specifications.
• Monitor progress, risks and deliverables within the workstream.
