This hands-on role builds and improves finance processes, systems, policies and SOPs from the ground up. You will lead month-end, tax compliance and reporting, manage cash flow and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in start-up or growing SME environments and setting up finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and prepare reports.
• Manage GST, corporate tax, IRAS compliance and audits.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking and payments.
• Implement and improve ERP, AI tools and automation for finance.
• Collaborate with Management and Taiwan HQ on group reporting.
• Develop finance policies, SOPs and internal controls.
