Job summary

Bertschi Singapore Pte. Ltd. on Jurong Island is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing and related accounting tasks. The role involves preparing monthly statements, following up on receivables, and ensuring timely invoicing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in finance-related roles, with strong Excel skills and a preference for logistics industry exposure. Independence, efficiency, and responsibility are valued traits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in the logistics environment.
• Able to work independently, efficiently, and with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of Accounts Receivable billing processes and other accounting functions, including Accounts Payable.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Accounts and follow up with customers on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly customer invoicing.
• Verify and post vendors' invoices related to Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Provide backup support to team members in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.
