Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, financial advisory, or retail investment services.
• Knowledge of financial markets, brokerage platforms, and investment products.
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation requirements in the financial sector.
• Certifications (RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8 and M8A) are highly preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support walk-in clients with account opening and platform setup.
• Provide guidance on app features and basic investment tools.
• Handle basic client inquiries and escalate complex cases.
• Educate clients on market opportunities and platform offerings.
• Ensure store operates smoothly and complies with company standards.
• Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and backend onboarding processes.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to local regulations.
• Support sales teams in achieving client acquisition and KPIs.
• Assist with in-store lead follow-ups, appointments, and events.
• Participate in cross-selling investment products based on client needs.
