Job summary

USMART SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Relationship Manager to support roadshows and branch services, delivering outstanding client service and deepening client engagement through face-to-face interactions.

The role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs and optimize event and branch schedules. Prior client-facing financial services experience is preferred, with eligibility to obtain relevant regulatory licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing financial services or banking role.
• Eligibility or intent to obtain regulatory licenses for selling investment or insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients during roadshows and at the branch, providing professional financial advice and support.
• Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support branch activities including client onboarding, product inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate logistics and client engagement during weekend and public holiday roadshows.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team targets and business development efforts.
• Assist in internal handovers during shifts to ensure continuity of service.
