Job summary

1FSS Pte Ltd is seeking a team lead for Financial Accounting and Management Reporting within a healthcare-focused Finance Shared Services environment. The role oversees a staff team, manages month-end and year-end closes, and liaises with auditors and tax agents.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or ACCA, with 3 years of relevant experience and at least 1 year in supervision. SAP experience is a plus, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• IT savvy with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team in day-to-day financial matters and closing activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and year-end audit schedules and financial reports.
• Ensure high quality balance sheet and resolve reconciling items.
• Review internal charge, reclassifications, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents on audits and GST matters.
• Drive process improvements and ad-hoc assignments.
