Job summary

National Heart Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional to support payroll processing, staff payments, and overall financial accounting. You will manage the Integrated Fund (IF), maintain donor records, and prepare monthly statements while assisting with the annual budget and financial reports.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy/Business and 5+ years in finance, with SAP FICO/SuccessFactors/HANA Rise experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Business with 5+ years in finance and payroll knowledge.
• Experience in SAP FICO, SuccessFactors and HANA Rise is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; meticulous with good communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing and staff payment billings.
• Handle financial accounting duties and administration of the Integrated Fund (IF).
• Maintain the IF donor database and prepare monthly IF financial statements.
• Be involved in the annual budget and prepare financial reports.
• Be involved in new projects as assigned.
