Job summary

TECHCOM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, payroll, and close processes. You will prepare monthly payments and receivables, and contribute to year-end audits and statutory filings.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in a similar role, a finance/business degree, and strong MS Office skills to coordinate finance and HR admin tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with high initiative.
• 5–10 years' experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Invoicing, Payments, and Payroll.
• Prepare monthly payments & receivables.
• Handle Payroll for staff including issuing of pay-slips, CPF returns and annual IR8A.
• Prepare monthly and annual accounts closing, management reporting and annual audit.
• Prepare GST filing and annual tax returns.
• Handle HR admin functions including employment matters, payroll, leave etc.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
