Job summary

FWD Group in Singapore seeks a Finance Operations professional to support procurement, accounts payable and month-end close within a dynamic life and health insurance group. You will administer procurement requisitions, maintain vendor data, process invoices and reimbursements, and prepare journal entries with supporting schedules.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Accountancy with 2 years of insurance experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and MS Excel proficiency, able to meet tight

Qualifications

Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with 2 years of relevant insurance experience.
Strong accounting fundamentals are required.
Good communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

Administer purchase requisitions, ensure supporting documents and approvals are in place.
Maintain vendor master data and onboarding; respond to inquiries.
Process vendor invoices, PO matching, coding and approvals.
Process staff reimbursement claims with proper documentation and coding.
Process policy-related payments and monitor payment status.
Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
