Job summary

MEDLINK HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves invoicing, AR/AP, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome, with relevant experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply.
• Candidates with relevant accounting or finance experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of account.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Record invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions accurately.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare supplier and vendor payments for review and approval.
• Process employee expense claims and verify supporting documents.
• Perform bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Assist in monitoring cash balances, upcoming payments, and customer credit limits.
• Support GST reporting, statutory audits, tax submissions, and other compliance matters.
• Maintain complete and organised accounting records.
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, customers, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Support improvements to finance procedures, document controls, and accounting workflows.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
