CHUNGHWA TELECOM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team.

You will verify invoices, issue SOAs, monitor balances, and coordinate with suppliers and customers while communicating in English and Mandarin. The role requires a diploma/degree in finance or accounting and at least three years' experience in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial operations with exposure to both accounts receivable and payable.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good English and Mandarin communication skills, both spoken.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day AP and AR operations.
• Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
• Arrange supplier payments in a timely manner.
• Issue customer invoices and Statements of Account (SOA).
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries via email.
• Perform reconciliation of supplier and customer Statements of Account (SOA).
• Maintain accurate AP/AR records, reports and supporting documents.
• Maintain good communication with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Support daily accounting and finance operations.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
