You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, GST submissions, and generate important financial reports to support business decisions. Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise with auditors and franchisees are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and customer receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Handle monthly closing and prepare management accounts.
• Monitor franchisee accounts, outstanding payments and supply chain transactions.
• Prepare sales reports, outlet performance reports and other financial reports.
• Assist with GST submissions and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and franchisees.
