The Finance Executive at Nanyang Beauty Academy PTE. LTD. oversees day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate records and timely fee collection. The role supports budgeting, reporting and cost control to help the centre run efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities cover accounting, revenue management, payroll support and financial controls, with emphasis on compliance and data integrity. Prior experience in education finance is advantageous.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in education, training, tuition, private education institutions or service-based businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software, Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, CPF and relevant statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, credit notes and payment vouchers.
