Beauty Valley Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate records, collect course fees and process payments. The role supports budgeting, reporting and cost control to keep the centre efficient and compliant in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounting/finance, familiarity with Excel and accounting software, and strong attention to detail with integrity in handling confidential information.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in education or service-based businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and entries.
• Manage receivables, payables and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Monitor student enrolments, course fees and collections.
• Process trainer, supplier and operating payments on time.
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist budgeting and forecasting.
