Job summary

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage NAFA International (NAFAI) finances. You will oversee the full set of accounts, budgeting, journals, accruals, GST submissions, intercompany billings and year-end closures, coordinating with auditors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with accounting software, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and annual budget for NAFA International (NAFAI).
• Prepare journals, accruals, vouchers, GST submissions, intercompany billings, and year-end reports.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate secretarial matters and Companies Act.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor grant utilisation and prepare related audit schedules.
