Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Operations professional to support day-to-day accounting processes and ensure accurate financial records. You will handle AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and assist with month-end closing as part of a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Finance/Accounting background and relevant experience.
• Experience handling AP/AR and month-end closing a plus.
• Familiar with GST compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, lease accounting, bank and cash management, GST, inventories and financial reporting.
• Process financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with the Finance team.
• Reconcile bank accounts, POS receipts and financial records.
• Manage vendor invoices and respond to finance-related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and financial reconciliations.
• Support GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
• Assist with audits, fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters.
• Support finance automation tools (RPA) and online platforms for invoice submission and system integration.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by Head of Finance.
