Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist with maintenance of the general ledger by recording transactions, posting journal entries, updating ledger accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements under the guidance of the accountant.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure transactions are recorded and discrepancies resolved.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting by gathering data, analyzing trends, and preparing budget schedules.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
