Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to handle journal entries, month-end closing, and bank reconciliation at our HarbourFront location. The role requires a degree in accountancy and about 3 years of relevant experience, with preference for audit, MNC, or healthcare exposure.

The position offers a contract until May 2027 with a monthly salary up to SGD 6,000 and potential extension based on performance. Immediate start preferred and multi-entity experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Accounting proficiency and basic financial skills.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end close processes and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with intercompany reconciliations and P&L/balance sheet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle journal entries, month-end closing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare intercompany reconciliation, P&L and balance sheet schedules
• Support tax schedules and finance reporting
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with SOPs
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc finance duties
