Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
• Progress toward a CA/CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance in financial reporting, accounting records, internal controls, and budgeting.
• Oversee cash management and statutory requirements such as tax filing and year-end audits.
• Lead transformation initiatives including system enhancements and data-driven analysis.
• Maintain accounting policies and robust internal controls across operations.
• Manage general ledger controls and ensure timely financial statements.
• Coordinate audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
