SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Finance (Finance Operations) to oversee day-to-day Finance Operations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Sundry Billings. The role provides exposure to month-end closing, reporting, and payment processing within a community healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related qualification (CA/ACCA), with around 4 years of experience, strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge, and a

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA/ACCA.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP; good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing of accounts and prepare journal entries with accurate postings to the General Ledger.
• Manage Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable transactions, including accruals and payments with the shared services team.
• Oversee Sundry Billings and maintain master data such as GL accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare monthly schedules and reports for Management, auditors, and external parties.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment-related matters.
