SingHealth Group's Finance Operations team is seeking a Senior Associate Executive to support the processing of claims and invoices using APIMS. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and stakeholder engagement across SingHealth HQ.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accountancy with 4+ years experience, understand SAP, and demonstrate meticulous integrity, strong communication, and initiative in resolving payment issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Verify electronic Payment Request Forms (ePRFs) and invoices in APIMS.
• Serve as a point of contact for SingHealth HQ cost centres and advise on payment matters.
• Resolve payment issues promptly and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with 1FSS on payment issues and clarify roles per SLA.
• May be assigned other duties as the team’s needs evolve.
