SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager in Singapore to oversee day-to-day Finance Operations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Sundry Billings. You will contribute to month-end closing, reporting and payment processing, while building strong foundations in finance within community healthcare.

The role requires a degree in accounting or related fields and professional qualifications, with 4 years’ relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP; good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• A collaborative team player who maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing of accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure all transactions and invoices are accurately coded and posted in the General Ledger.
• Manage and handle Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable transactions, including accruals, cost allocations, and payment processes in coordination with the shared services team (1FSS).
• Manage the Sundry Billings function to ensure timely and accurate bill generation.
• Maintain master data including GL accounts, cost centres, and internal orders.
• Prepare and submit monthly supporting schedules, related companies' disclosures, and reports for Management, auditors, and external parties.
• Engage with internal departments, vendors, and the shared services team to facilitate and resolve payment-related matters.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and projects as assigned.
